Haven - Couples library photography
Haven‘s strategy for 2022 and beyond meant more of a focus on images with couples and dogs rather than families and kids.
We were commissioned to produce several shoots with this more adult only focus, showing a breadth of people across all seasons. marmalade looked after the full production including art direction, casting, styling, props, locations and logistics, working with photographer Jono Blackham to capture the goods.

It’s a vibe
The shots from this beach party are some of our favourites from any shoot we’ve done with Haven. It was the end of the shoot day and of the entire shoot - last scene, at the beach, amazing golden hour weather and light, fantastic models who had been created such a relaxed and friendly vibe all day, wonderful crew and client team who all got on like a dream. It was almost too good to be true. We reckon you can feel the good vibes emanating from these images - Jono captured the feeling perfectly.
They say “never work with animals”…
Just as we didn’t listen when they told us not to work with kids, we threw caution to the wind and got some dogs involved! The same shoot took us to the beach with some different models, this time with a couple of furry friends in tow. Whilst some were more behaved than others (same as human models!) these doggos were an absolute hit with our animal-loving clients and crew. Not a bad day at the office is it?
Getting cosy
A big part of our work with Haven is about addressing misconceptions and showing off how bright, spacious and modern their caravans are. With some simple styling and cues to cosiness e.g. no socks on our models, as well as making the most of the amazing natural light with a few lighting tricks when needed, we work to combat those misconceptions and show the interiors at their best.
